How an automatic carton sealer fits into a packing line
An automatic carton sealer takes a filled, flap-closed carton on infeed, folds the top flaps, tapes the top and bottom centre seams, and ejects the sealed carton to your conveyor, palletiser or wrap station. Most lines pair it with a carton erector at the front and a strapping or wrapping machine at the back.
Throughput in the field generally ranges from 15 to 30 cartons per minute, depending on tape head, drive type and operator handling at infeed.
Two broad configurations cover most applications
Uniform size sealer.
Set once for a single carton dimension, runs at high speed without intervention. Suits sites where one or two SKUs dominate.
Random size sealer.
