How we work with a new customer
We'd rather get the spec right before we quote than fix the wrong machine after.
Start with a call or a form
Most enquiries start with a phone call or a form.
We learn the application
We'll ask what you're wrapping or strapping, your throughput, loading method and operating environment (cold room, wet area, outdoor, polished floor). For pallet wrappers, also pallets per day, weight, height and dimensions.
Confirm by phone or validate on site
From there we either confirm the right machine over the phone, or we book a free on-site validation visit. We'd rather get the spec right before we quote than fix the wrong machine after.
Delivery, install and operator training
Once a machine is ordered, delivery, installation, commissioning and operator training are included on our own-brand sales.
