Plenty of suppliers, distributors and importers sell packaging machinery. We sit on the customer's side of the consumables question. When we recommend a more efficient pallet wrapper that halves your film bill, we aren't protecting another revenue line.
We also won't sell you a machine that doesn't suit your operation. We'd rather walk an enquiry to a competitor than ship the wrong unit and wear the warranty fallout. So we validate the application by phone first, and where it matters, book a free on-site validation visit.

How we specify a machine
Three things drive the recommendation: what you're packaging, throughput, and operating environment. For pallet wrappers we'll want pallets per day, max weight and height, loading method (forklift, electric jack, hand truck) and whether you need a ramp or built-in scales. For strapping, strap size, application (close, bundle, secure-to-pallet) and throughput. For cartoning, case dimension range, fill weights, and whether the line needs erecting or just sealing.
Investment scales with throughput, automation level and footprint. Send us your application and we'll quote properly.
Service hubs
We sell across Queensland, Northern NSW and Victoria. Full sales, service, preventative maintenance and breakdown support run out of South East Queensland, Toowoomba and Melbourne. Northern NSW and Regional QLD get sales and delivery, with service and breakdown via scheduled runs and ad-hoc fly-in visits. North QLD, Sydney and Perth are case by case.
Typical breakdown response is 24-48 hours during business hours, especially in our key service hubs.
