Stock is held for the WPS range and for common wear items across the brands we work on most. Less-common parts come in on order.
SEQ, Toowoomba and Melbourne typically see same-day or next-day dispatch on stocked items. Further afield we'll quote a real timing window before you commit.
The WPS team supplies parts we've used in the field and rate for quality. If a generic alternative is likely to fail early, we'll say so and recommend the part that will actually go the distance.

For customers who want WPS to fit the parts rather than self-install, we have full coverage across South East Queensland (Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast), Toowoomba and the Darling Downs, and Melbourne and broader Victoria. Typical breakdown response is 24-48 hours during business hours, especially in our key service hubs.
Scheduled runs and ad-hoc visits cover Northern NSW (Tweed, Lismore, Coffs) and Regional Queensland (Roma, Bundaberg). North Queensland, Sydney and Perth are case-by-case fly-in only.
Parts ordered for self-install can be shipped across Australia.
