Request a Packaging Machinery Site Visit
A packaging machinery site visit is one of the most useful 90 minutes you can spend before buying or upgrading equipment. Whittaker Packaging Solutions offers free, no-obligation site visits because seeing the operation in person almost always changes the recommendation, usually in the customer's favour.
The WPS team has been doing on-site validation since September 2020. We see things on the floor that nobody writes in an email: the awkward forklift turn, the cold-room transition that fogs a sensor, the operator workaround costing you film for years. Those things decide which machine is the right machine.
On the day
What happens on a WPS site visit
A typical site visit runs 60 to 90 minutes. A WPS team member walks the relevant packaging stations, asks questions of the operators and production manager, takes measurements, and leaves with enough to build a properly costed recommendation.
There is no pressure and we do not bring a quote pad. We follow up by email or phone within a few business days with a written summary and a recommended next step. If the visit confirms your current setup is fine and you do not need new equipment, we will tell you that too.
